Among the priority concerns that figure in public manager’s portfolio, existing problems cities when planning a more efficient management of urban space are well known. Within wide range reflections local corporations consider, one their main is based on achieving livable city model, where quality life its inhabitants substantially improved and founded sustainable development parameters. In view these considerations, purpose this research to establish an analysis formal relationship between sustainability spatial morphology medium-sized Spanish chosen as pattern. The methodological process established combines application open data (from administrations) with calculation indicators GIS tools, particular focus at neighborhood level. results obtained global level throughout show large number including density, green areas, facilities, parking cultural heritage elements above minimum standards required, which means they comfortably meet regulatory requirements presumably present adequate degree sustainability. On other hand, such building compactness, land sponging organic recycling bins below required standard. Considering evaluation model and, through instruments set out law, necessary corrective measures must be try adapt configuration objectives development.
